Confirmation Testing



Apply the base to the plantar aspect
of the proximal phalange of the great
toe.



Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape temporarily
on the skin. Do not activate the glue
by rubbing.



Apply the medial “y” tail along the
tarsals forming the medial longitudinal
arch to the calcaneus.



Stabilize the base of the Kinesio Tex
and dorsiflex the ankle and great toe
to increase tissue tension.



Apply the lateral “y” tail along the
medial plantar surface of the foot.



Attach the tape to the calcaneus.
