Temat: Tranzystory bipolarny i unipolarny.
1. Cel ćwiczenia.
Celem ćwiczenia jest zapoznanie się z własnościami i charakterystykami tranzystora bipolarnego npn oraz tranzystora unipolarnego z kanałem typu n.
