I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Premier Hotel. This is in khomorni Lhotka, Czech Republic. I was accommodated for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the dirt spoilt a wonderful stay.
I chose this hotel because hotel website looks good. Therefore when I got there I could not believe how dirty there. Firstly, I and my friends never, in all our life, been treated so badly.
We waited too long for our meals. However we got our ordered dishes there were frozen and unflavoured. There were vegetables and fruits which was after expire date. To make matters worse, when I ask waiter to give me clean cutlery, he told me there are in dishwasher.
I feel extremely disappointed with this poor service. I suggest you give your staff some extra training in customer service.
