At the beginning of September this year I lived in your hotel for two weeks. When I was leaving my room and checking out everything was allright. To my surprise, when the plane was taking off I realised that I forgot to bring my briefcase from my hotel room.

I lived in the room number twelve on the second floor. I remember last time I saw my briefcase under the bed. It was a brand new, black briefcase made of leather by Samsonite” with my name beside the hand strap.
It is very important for me to get my briefcase back, because inside it there is my laptop computer with very important files.

I am sure you will find it and I will be very glad, if you could send it to me. Now I am in Poland, so the best way of sending it, can be to take advantage of some kind of service provide like “Servisco” for instance. Of course I will pay for it.

I am writing to express may concern about your hotel. I am really disappointed because of the experience I had staying in your hotel at the beginning of this month.

Like many other people I wanted to spend the New Year's Eve in your famous hotel. I knew that the time was very busy, so I made a reservation. To my surprise, when I arrived with my wife, your staff told me that all the rooms were taken. After a long discussion they gave me a room, but of course not that room, which I reserved.
Then, when I opened the door I saw a dirty bedroom and a bathroom with a broken mirror. Frankly speaking your staff cleaned the mess quickly, but they wanted me to pay for it.
In the morning, after a very loud night, the staff did not give us breakfast, even though You said it was included.
