evening. Perfect for a quiet, cozy-up-with-a-book day, or
slip them on after pampering your tootsies with some lotion
or shea butter.

Each pair takes 2 ounces or less and they are a great
stash-buster pattern!

Repeat Rnd 4 until piece reaches ankle. You can adjust this length to your personal
preference as to how much you want the slipper to stretch when wearing. For my foot

– US

size 7.5

– I worked 8 rounds of dc. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Ankle break and heel:

Flatten piece and mark the center 9 stitches along the opening for the top of the foot. Attach
yarn in the 1

st

st past the left marker. (see picture)

Row 1: Ch 2, dc in same space as beg ch-2, dc in next 14 (leaving 9 center sts unworked

remove markers). Ch 2, turn. (15 dc)

Row 2: Dc in ea st, ch 2, turn.

Rows 3 - 6:
Repeat Row 2.

Row 7: Dc in 5 sts, ch 2, turn. (5 dc)

Row 8: Dc in ea st, fasten off leaving a long tail to sew up heel.

Sew heel by matching the dc in row 8 to the first 5 stitches of Row 6. Using yarn tail, sew
these together and then continue sewing the side edges of Rows 7 & 8 to the remaining
unworked sts of Row 6. (will be an

“L” shaped seam)

Trim:

Attach CC yarn with sl st at center back. Ch 1, work 2 rounds of sc evenly around the opening.
