Open the tool rock chip batch tool  

 

 

Step 1. 

Select the (FW path) S/W file .img from the s/w folder 

Step 2. 

Take p362 in off mode 

Step 3. 

Insert  the usb  cable and charger both in the tablet –press volume up key 

+reset with pin 4-6 times 

 

Step 4. 

Rock chip tool will detect the device  press upgrade
