Marmalade 4 oranges: skin, pith and seeds removed 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon orange zest 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 tablespoon Irish moss paste (optional) ½ cup date paste 1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. 2. Transf er to the ref rigerator to f irm up. Assembly Strawberries Optional: chocolate sauce and coconut 1. Chop the strawberries and combine with a small amount of the marmalade in a bowl. 2. Fold a crÄ™pe in half , then in half again to f orm a pocket . 3. Fill with the strawberry and marmalade mixture, then top with the optional chocolate sauce and coconut.
