Track 1
Interviewer, Alice
I: Alice Harker? Come in. Have a seat.
A: Thank you.
I: Thanks for coming in today. Can I get you a coffee?
A: No thanks. I've had two cups this morning.
I: OK. Did you have a good journey here?

I: Well, you've had the right mountaineering experience, Ms Harker. So that's not a problem at all. Now, tell me something about your last job.
A: Mmm, well … I worked as a consultant last year, for a management consultancy firm, running team-building courses.
I: So why did you leave that job?
A: That isn't really what I want to do. I thought I'd try it, but really, I want to spend more time climbing. I've been on two expeditions so far this year.
I: OK, that's all very useful. Now, …
