Zad. 2
Struktura wyrobu gotowego - roweru górskiego- ukazana jest na poniższym rysunku.
Operatywny plan produkcji zakłada wykonanie 60 sztuk rowerów na 24.09.2007 oraz 40 sztuk na 16.09.2007 r. Został on określony na podstawie informacji z działu marketingu dotyczących zapotrzebowania na rowery. Dodatkowo przewidziano produkcję 35 sztuk części C3 na 13.08.2007 w ramach potrzeb niezależnych na użytek serwisu.
Dane są następujące czasy:
Montaż roweru: W- 3 dni robocze (dr)
Montaż zespołów: Z1- 3 dr; Z2- 2 dr
Montaż części: C1- 1 dr
C2- 2 dr
C3- 1 dr
Obróbka detali: D1- 1 dr; D2- 2 dr; D3- 1 dr; D4-2 dr; D5-1 dr; D6-2dr; D7-1dr; D8-2dr
