Introduction to expectation from students. Rules at the class room.

Student Task 1

Students will be asked to type the code for table into Notepad. They will be informed that this will be their website from now and all what we will do will be based on this table.

Student Task 2

Students will be need to add colours and at least one image to their web page

Assessment

Students will be given a sheet of paper where they will have to tick what they have learned.

All Students

Will be able to code html table structure and add dimension to it.

Some Students

Will be able to create an action plan on how to improve their level.

Step by step guide on how to code html table for those who are less able.

All students received a booklet on the last lesson and those who are more able will be asked to find in a booklet something they may use in their web page.

Outcome of tasks through Q&A.

Formative assessment through probing questions such as “explain”.

Direct questioning.

Monitor students on task and ask further questions to higher ability and provide further clarification to lower ability.

Observation of tasks.

Interactive Plenary - assessing knowledge gained.
