ACT 1

Śniadanie: Mama i Jack siedzą przy stole

Mum: Jack, what do you want for breakfast? Toast or cornflakes?
Jack: I want some crisps, please. Oh, and some fizzy drink.
Mum: Oh, Jack, it's very unhealthy

Jack bierze chipsy i oranżadę

Mum: Eat some fruit, at least
Jack: I don't like fruit, Mummy. You must go to work.
Mum: Oh, my God! It's already twenty to seven. I must be going. Bye, honey! Take a yoghurt to school!

Jack bierze do szkoły tabliczkę czekolady.

ACT 2

Jack siedzi w szkole z buzią brudną od czekolady. Trwa lekcja języka angielskiego.

Teacher: Good morning children.
Pupils: Good morning, Miss Brown.
Teacher: Let's sing the song: Head and shoulders

Dzieci śpiewają piosenkę. Jack trzyma się za buzię.

Teacher: Jack? Don't you know the words of the song? It was your homework. What are you doing? What happened?
Jack: My hand on my face? I have a toothache. Oh, mama, dear!
Teacher: Excuse me, children. I must call for the doctor.

Nauczycielka dzwoni (można przedłużyć akt o rozmowę z lekarzem).

ACT 3

W domu: Jack, mama i tata siedzą przy stole.

Mum: Jack, why aren't you eating ?
Jack: Oh, mummy I'm not hungry.
Dad: Eat some fish.
Jack: I don't like fish.
Mum: Eat some rice, then.
Jack: I don't like rice.
Dad: Eat some salad at least!

Jack zjada jeden groszek z talerza i idzie do swojego pokoju. Siada w fotelu, włącza telewizor i wyciąga z teczki ciastka. Zaczyna je zajadać, w tym momencie do pokoju wchodzi Mama. Jack szybko chowa ciasteczka.

Mum: Breathe some fresh air (otwiera okno). Maybe you should go and ride your bike !
Jack: Oh, mummy, I'm so tired! (mówi Jack i ziewa)
Choir: Let's do the boogie woogie, boogie woogie exercise...

Jack przegania chór, bo chce oglądać telewizję

ACT 4

Kolacja, Jack przychodzi do stołu z brudnymi rękami.

Mum: Wash your hands before you eat, Jack!
Jack: Later, mummy, later. I will wash them later. I'm so hungry now.

Jack zjada 10 kanapek

ACT 5

Na drugi dzień rano: Jack budzi się z ogromnym bólem brzucha.

Jack: My hand on my stomach, what do I have here? I've got a stomach- ache. Oh, Mama, dear !
Choir:

We must call the doctor,
You must stay in bed !
You will be all right
The doctor will help

Jack śpiewa piosenkę: "My hand on my stomach".

ACT 6

Przychodzi Lekarz.

Doctor: What's the matter with you, Jack ?
Jack: I've got a stomach-ache.
Doctor: You must take some medicine. (Wypisuje receptę)
Jack: I've got a headache.
Doctor: You must take a tablet. (Wypisuje receptę)
Jack: I've got a toothache.
Doctor: You must go to the dentist. (Pakuje się i wychodzi)
Jack: Oh, I'm so sick.
Choir:

Wash your hands before you eat!
Let the dentist see your teeth!
Eat fresh fruit! Drink your milk!
Put the plates into the sink!
Breathe fresh air ! Ride a bike!
Go to bed and sleep all night!
