Make Scooby-Doo‘s opposite front leg a$ before and stick this in place, wrapping the paw around Shaggy‘s neck Smooth the shoulder mto the surface of his body usmg sugar glue. ar.d then rub the surface with icing (confectioners) sugar to remove the join
