The basie techniques for all earring projects are shown below. Take your time to learn each one well.

Seed beads and Bugle beads Special thin beading needles Beading thread Earring wires Super glue

1. Begin with a foundation row of bugle beads, mak-ing surę their lengths are identical. Thread a strand of beading onto your needle. For an earring 7 Bugle beads wide, you will need about an 8-foot length of thread.
1. Start. Leave 9" of thread on one end. Thread needle through two bugle beads.
2. Thread needle through the two beads again. After each step, puli thread taut.
3. Add a bead from the bot-tom side. Thread needle through these two beads again.
4. Add a bead from the top side. Thread needle through the last two beads again.
5. Continue adding beads. Your pattern will look like this, but taut, of course.
6. Seed Beads Founda-tions can be madę of three seed beads instead of bugle beads.
7. Add three seed beads at a time, returning through the previous group of three.
8. Continue adding the specified number of beads to complete the row.
