Springy Star Pencil Topper

Materials Far Each Chlld: 2 tagboard star cutouts 1 pipę cleaner glitter. pencil and glue

For each chlld. use the

pattem be Iow to cut two slit-and-slot

star pieces from colored tagboard.

Have tape ready.

Pirections:

1.    Make a glue panem on one side ot each star and sprinkle with glitter

2.    Allow to dry; then do the same on the other side.

3- Slot the stars together. as shown.

<4. Wrap the pipę cleaner around the pencil to make a coil Straighten out a short length at one end and tape this to the star. Q)

5. Gently puli down the pencil so a few coils spring otf the end.
