Trade negotiations are not about selling and buying, but seeking an agreement, tim ing to fit the individual interests in a much broader meaning. The transaction of sale and purchase could be a possible result of the negotiation process, its direct consequence.

Negotiations as an attempt to agree on a common point of view and adjust actions in as non-confrontational way as possible in the free society is a fundamental and ubiquitous process.

The most elementary example of the negotiations can be observed when setting the price for a product or service.
