12-6 COOLING SYSTEM

• Inspect the bearing for smooth inner race movement.

• Remove the bearing with the special tool. |S) 09921-20240: Bearing remover set • Inspect the oil seal for damage.

• Remove the oil seal with the suitable size socket wrench.

WATER PUMP REASSEMBLY

•    Apply THREAD LOCK to the outer surface of the oil seal. (USA)

•    Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER to the outer surface of the oil seal. (Others)

tS99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342” (USA)

99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1322” (Others)

•    Press the oil seal with the suitable size socket wrench.

•    Apply grease to the oil seal lip.
