COOLING SYSTEM

RADIATOR

REMOVAL

Drain the coolant (page 5-3).

Remove the side cowling (page 12-2).

Remove the fuel tank (page 4-3).

Remove the following components from the right radiator.

—    Thermostatic switch and thermosensor connectors (page 5-5)

—    Water hoses

—    Breather tubę

—    Overflow tubę

—    Air cleaner

(1) OVER FLOW TUB

(2) BREATHER TUBĘ

(4) WATER HOSE

(3) AIR CLEANER

Disconnect the fan motor connector.

(1) FAN MOTOR COUPLER

Remove the radiator shroud bolts and radiator shroud from the radiator.

(1) SHROUD BOLTS

Remove the radiator mounting bolts and radiator.

Remove the left radiator in the same order as the right radiator removal.
