COOLING SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
Install a new O-ring on the water pump.
Install the water pump, aligning the boss of the oil pump shaft with the groove of the water pump shaft.
Install the dowel pins and a new O-ring to the water pump. Install the water pump cover onto the water pump.
Tighten the water pump mounting bolts with the wire clamp. Tighten the drain bolt with the sealing washer.
Connect the water hoses to the water pump and water pump cover, and install and tighten the water pipę clamps.
Fili the radiator with coolant (page 5-3).
Fili the engine with the recommended engine oil (page 2-3). Check the cooling system for leakage.

Install the drive sprocket cover and gearshift pedał.
TOROUE:
Gearshift pedał: 10 N*m (1.0 kg-m, 7 ft-lb)

Install the lower cowling (page 12-3).
