BASIC PIYOTS FOR THROWING
First Pivot: PLayers facing, natural stance,
Photo #1. Thrower slides left foot in half-circle, places it close to right foot, toes forward, weight on bali of left foot; body makes half turn, Photo #2.
Complete pivot by placing left foot solid on ground, place right foot in front of Receiver's right foot. Thrower's feet are shoulder-width apart, toes and knees slightly out, knees bent, weight equally on both feet; upper body leaning strongly left, placing hip in position for throw over hip, Photo #3.
Second Pivot From facing position, Thrower places right foot in front of Receiver's right foot, shifting weight to bali of right foot, Photo #4.
Rotate on bali of right foot as you place left foot in front of Receiver's left foot, Photo #5.
Complete pivot by placing both feet solid on ground in front of Receiver as in Photo #3.
