LAT ERA JL DASH THROW & CIRCLE THROW
Lateral Dash Throw:
PLayers begin from training position, facing in natur al stance.
Step One: Thrower steps to left side with left foot, pointing toes to Receiver; right foot is placed on Receiver's left instep, Photo #1. Thrower's arms start to tilt Receiver to right.
Step Two: Thrower lowers body to ground sitting off to left side, using arms to support own body as well as breaking balance of Receiver forward.
As Receiver loses balance forward, Thrower lifts with right foot against his left ankle, Photo #2.
Step Three: Pulling sharply down and to right, and continuing lifting foot motion, complete throw, Photo #3.
Receiver should end in Seventh Fali position.
Circle Throw:
Players begin from training position, facing in natural stance.
Step One: Thrower places left foot on ground be-tween Receiver's feet; right foot is placed at Re-ceiver's belt, Photo #4.
Step Two: Thrower sits on ground under Receiver, carrying Receiver over on right leg (right leg is firm, but bent. Do not kick Receiver u£. As the name indicates, you are making a Circular Throw). Photo #5.
Step Three: Continue circular motion with arms and legs to throw Receiver over and past your body, Photo #6.
Receiver uses Eighth Fali.
