UPPER INNERCUT THROW SPRINGFOOT THROW
For both throws, player s begin from training position, facing, natural stance.
Upper Innercut Throw:
Step One. Thrower places left foot directly in front of Receiver, toes pointing away from Re-ceiver, Photo #1.
Step Two. Arms describe circular motion to break Receiver's balance around, as Thrower sweeps up and back with his right leg, Photo #2. Thrower uses back of his thigh and hits inside and high at Receiver's left leg.
Follow-through of leg sweep and arm motion assi-sted by body twist completes throw, Photo #3.
Thrower finishes in strong "T" position. Re-ceiver ends in Second Fali.
Springfoot Throw:
Step One. Same as for Step One above, Photo #4.
Step Two. Arms use circular motion to break Re-ceiver's balance around, as Thrower makes forceful contact with Receiver's leg or legs with his bent right leg, Photo #5.
Throw is completed by lifting up with bent leg as arms continue circular motion assisted by twist of body, Photo #6.
Thrower finishes in strong "T" position. Re-ceiver ends in Second Fali.
