Step Three: Place right leg in front of Recei-ver's right leg (ankle-to-ankle), right leg stiff and straight, left knee bent; body leans left; both arms puli Receiver into your chest as though to place him in front of you, Photo #3.
Step Four: Continue arm motion, describing cir-
cular path in front of your chest, body twisting in same motion to assist and follow direction of throw, Photo #4.
Finish: Thrower steps back into strong balance stance, maintains sleeve grip.
Receiver ends in Second Fali position.
