Hołd the hands and arms in tlić position as shown in the acćompanying cut. Grasp tho righ: wrist with the Icft liand. Rcsist witli the left hand, while raising the riglit hand, until the bicep is well contracted.
Repeat with left hand, holding the left wrist with the right hand.
