3.    Cold stretch natcrlal for the belt and boots.

A. Cold brald for the bonnot cios.

iOOTS

1.    Cut tbe boots of cold natcri.il.

2.    Zic zag stitch the top edge of the boots.

3.    Sow the front seata. Tura to the richt sidc.

4.    I palncod puaps gold and put thea on the dolls fcct

5.    Puli the boots up over the puaps.

6.    Hand scu the sole of the boots together ovcr the sole of the punps.

SKIRT

1.    Cut a piece of the orange aatcrlal 19 in. by <ifc ln.

2.    Zig z*c stitch the hen edge.

3.    Turn up the hen and hen by hand.

6. Kark the pleat lines down the waist-

linc of the skirt at one inch apart-uith a uhite sowing narkor.

5.    Fold up cach, one lnch fold, into a pleat--foldcd in half the pleats will be ^ inch.

6.    Baste the pleats in placc--Pcess with a stean iron.

7. Sew two rows of lone stitchoa at the waist of the skirt.

8. Puli up the threads so that the skirt will fit the band.

9.    Scu the band in place and rcnove the gathering threads. Renove the bastinc threads also.

10.    Fold the onds of the band in and fold the band ovcr toward the insidc

of the skirt.

11.    Top stitch the band in place.

12.    Tria away any cxcess naterial in the back.

13.    Scu the back seans and sew a snap for closlng.

JACKET

1.    Sew the shouldcr seaas of the facing--zig the insidc edge.

2.    Mark the darts in the jackct front--sew--trin if ncccssary.

3.    Sew the arn seans and the shoulder seans.

A. Zig zag the slccvc enda and hen.

$. Pin the faclng to the Jacket---sew--clip the curvcs.

6.    Top stitch the edge of the jackct.

7.    Sew the slde scans--undcrara seans and clip the underarn seans uhorc they ncct the sidc seans.

8.    Zic zae stitch the botton of the jackct.
