6. Install:

®Lower cowling

Refer to "COWLINGS" section.

THROTTLE CABLE FREE PLAY ADJUSTMENT

Before adjusting throttle cable free play, engine idle speed should be adjusted.

1. Check:

©Throttle cable free play (a)

Out of specification-*Adjust.

Throttle Cable Free Play: 3-7 mm (0.12-0.28 in)

2. Adjust:

©Throttle cable free piay

Adjustment steps:

©Loosen the locknut (j).

©Turn the adjuster (2) in or out until the correct free play is obtained.

Turn in ^ Free play is increased.

Turn out j Free play is decreased.

•Tighten the locknut.

AUTOLUBE PUMP CABLE ADJUSTMENT NOTĘ: -—-—--

Before adjusting Autolube pump cable, the throttle cable free play should be adjusted.

1. Remove:

• Lower cowling

Refer to "COWLINGS" section.
