Therapy for the biceps brachii, short head.
Starting Position: P: Supine; thorax stabilized to couch with a belt; upper arm fully laterally rotated and fully extended, but less than 90° abducted; elbow flexed with forearm fully pronated. T: Sitting or standing at head of couch with left side against P’s right shoulder.
Grip: T’s right hand grips around dorsal side of P’s forearm just above the wrist. T's left hand grips dorsal-medial side of P’s upper arm just above the elbow.

Procedurę: Using this grip, T gradually and fully extends at P’s elbow.
Stimulation of Antagonists: T retains grip. T then asks P to move further in the direction of stretching, and resists that movement to stimulate P’s antagonists.
