ALTERNATOR/STARTER CLUTCH

FLYWHEEL INSTALLATION

Clean the crankshaft.

Install the cam cham tensioner aat piata

Install the needlo bearing onto the crankshaft.

Instnll the woodruff key Into the groove in tho crankshaft.

Install the starter drlve goar with the "OUT" mark facing out. Install the dnve gear shaft

Install the flyweel. alignmg the woodruff key on the crankshaft with the fły wheel keyway.

Install the starter tdle gear and shaft.

Hołd the flywheel with tho flywhoel holder, install the wosher and flywheel bolt ond tighten the bolt.

TOROUE 130 Nm (13.0 kg m. 94 ft Ib)

NOTĘ

• The flywheel bolt has left-hand threads.

LEFT CRANKCASE C0VER INSTALLATION

STATOR INSTALLATION

Install the stator ond tighten it with the four bolts.

Install the alternator wire grommet Into the groove of the left crankcase cover.

Install the wire clamp and tighten H with the bolt as shown
