CYLINDER HEAD/VALVE
Check the oil pass pipę bolts and oil pass pipę for clogging or bending.
Install the oil pass pipę, new sealing washers, new lock wash-er, oil pass pipę bolts and oil pass pipę holder bolt.
Tighten the oil pass pipę bolts and oil pass pipę holder bolt to the specified torques.
TOROUES:
Oil pass pipę bolt (7 mm):
10 N-m (10 kg-m. 7 ft-lb)
Oil pass pipo bolt (8 mm):
23 N-m {2.3 kg-m. 17 ft-lb)
Install the camshaft (page 9-16).
Install the camshaft holders (page 9-19).
Install the cylinder head cover (page 9-19).
Install the engine in the frame (page 6-2).
CAMSHAFT INSTALLATION
Apply M0S2 pastę grease (page 2-10) to the rocker arm shaft. Install the rocker arms, rocker arm shafts and wave washers to the camshaft holders.
NOTĘ
• Install the wave washers in the original position.
Position the grooves in the ends of the rocker arm shafts verti-cally, aligning the bolt holes in the holder with the holes in the shafts.
Apply M0S2 grease (page 2-10) to the rocker arm slipper faces.
