Install the holders, oil guide piąte, 8 mm bolts, 8 mm nut and 6 mm bolts.
CAUTION
• Notę the direction of the camshaft holder end, install U with the Jlat sur face on the holder faciu g in.
Tighten the camshaft holder mounting bolts and nut in a crisscross pattern in 2 -3 steps as shown.
TORQUE:
8 mm bolt: 23 N-m (2.3 kg-m, 17 ft-lb)
8 mm nut: 23 N-m (2.3 kg-m, 17 ft-lb)
6 mm bolt: 10 N-m (1.0 kg-m, 8 ft-lb)
Fili the oil pockets in the head with oil so that the cam lobes are submergod.
Adjust the valve clearance (page 3-7).
CYLINDER HEAD C0VER INSTALLATION
Clean the gasket and apply sealant to the gasket groove of the cylinder head cover.
Install the cylinder head cover, rubber washer, washer covers and cylinder head cover bolts.
Tighten the cylinder head mounting bolts to the specified torque.
TOROUE: 10 N-m (1.0 kg-m. 7 ft-lb)
Check the 0-ring for wear or damage.
Install the rear water pipę with a new O-ring and tighten the bolt.
