EXERCISE.-
Body stretohed upward, heels and knees together, arms extended forward in linę with the ahoulders, fiata clenohed
MOVEMENT.
(1) Keeping the arms at the height of the ahouldera press them as far baok as possible, extending the fingers wide, deeply inhaling through the nose.
(2) Press the arma forward again to ready position tightly clenohing the fiata, inhaling through the mouth.
This eompletes the exercise once.
Muaclos chiefly brought into play:-Peotoralis major and minor
(3), Trapezius (13), Deltoid (2), Rhomboidius (14).
Perform this exercise daily. lst Week 8 Times.
