EXERCISE.
READY POSITION.
Sitting on a chair with the heels together and the handa grasping the baok of the ohair about half way up.
M07EII1NT.
(1) Stretch the body, hollowing the back, atraightening the arms. Inhaling.
(2) Return to the ready position. Exhaling.
This completes the exerciae once.
This exercise oan be performed in an arraohair with handa grasp-ing the arma, instead of the back as shown in diagram.
Muscles chiefly brought into play:-Ereotor Spinae (16), Trapezius (13).
Perform this exercise daily.
