2/3cup organie low-fat cottagecheese 1 smali organie apple 2 slices of fresh pineappl© 1 cup melon

Scoop cottagecheese into a smali bowl and top with 2 slices of fresh pineapple: orapple. meion. or berries instead.
3 slices of nitrate-free turkey bacon 1 to mato. sliced
4 egg whites. scrambled 1 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilb or multi-grain tortilb
Cook the turkey bacon and scramble the egg whites in a separate skillet. Scoop the eggs onto the center of the tortilb. add the turkey bacon and sliced tomato on top. Roli up the tortilb. cut in half and serve.
1 multi-grain English muffin or
2 slices multi-grain bread (preferably Ezekiel 4:9 brand)
1 light spread of organie natural almond butter
Toast English muffin or bread, then top with a light spread of almond butter.

Preparel cup of oatmeal. TraderJoeTs Steel cut oatmeal is my favorite. but instant is also okay as long as it doesn't have sugar orartificial sweeteners. Add chopped apples. crushed pecans and a pinch of cinnamon.

'A cup crushed raw ordry-roasted organie almonds
Rinse the mixed berries and pat dry. Top the yogurt with the berries and crunchy almonds.
