Forms of motivating employees and their usage in contemporary enterprises

Abstract

Motivation is one of the most difficult functions of management and a psychological mechanism as well. Tliat is why it is hard to define it. It is highly vital for manager to understand how significant it is to motivate employees in a company, for it causes and maintains positive woiking. Every inan. either a manager or a physical worker expects to be rewarded not only financially. but also with appreciation and accolade if a job is done well and with dedication. Research shows tliat properly motivated employees work morę efficiently than ones whose managers are not capable of cooperating and forming relationships. There are plenty of theories about motives which condilion people s behaviour. Tliey are all connected with the fact tliat the factor. which causes one's action. is unsatisfied needs. Therefore. it is highly crucial to know the needs and desires of people while managing them. The paper shows the core of motivation and its relevance in a company , theory classification and motivation instruments. Research has been perfonned on the basis of the analysis of the poll which was conducted on 80 woiking people.
