Instructions for sending hardware for repair
We use Fastrack as our courier service. When sending computers and hardware back to the manufacturers for repairs, complete the Repair Request Form and place it inside the parcel togetherwithtwo return address labelsand a blank Repair Log Form; otherwise, the manufacturer will not know who the item is from and what needs to be fixed. You will then need to book the courier service using the Fastrack Courier Booking Form and retaining a hard copy for reference. Another copy for the driver must be printed out, with our address label stuck on the senders section. The copy must be inserted into a plastic holder and clearly displayed on top of the parcel. Make surę the item is well packed with the content enclosed fully and the correct size box used. The courier may not accept the parcel if you failto do this.
The courier service needs to have the Repair Request Form so that they know which manufacturer to send to.
