THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAŃ RESOURCES MANAGEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICES QUALITY PROVIDED BY ACCREDITED TEST LABORATORIES
Summary
Providing human resources is one of the reąuirements jor management systems in accredited laboratories. The aim of the article is analysis impact of the human resource management in accredited laboratories on ąuality improvement of services provided by these laboratories. Research methods such as analysis of the literaturę and standards concerning quality management in accredited laboratories and human resource management were applied. The article presents the analysis results of standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 in the field human resources in conjunction with aspects human resource management and their impact on the management system improvement, and conseąuently on the ąuality ofservices provided by accredited laboratories.
