Systems of food ąuality assurance according European Law will be presented. Students acquire knowledge on ISO and HACCP systems, GLP, GHP and GMP and skills in ąuality assurance assessment.

Description

Lecture:

Problems of the food safety will be presented. Quality assurance and control systems will be discussed basing on the Codex Allimentarius, European and Polish Law. ISO 9000 , 9002 and HACCP will be described. Students will be acąainted with Good Laboratory Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice, and Good Hygene Practice rules and main problems.

Seminar: ISO 9000 and HACCP systems will be trained.
