Copenhagen, October 25, 1933. Your Excellency,

At the instance of His Majesty’s Government in New Zealand, I havc the honour to notify to Your Excellency, in accordance with Article 16 (a) of the Convention regarding legał proceedings in civil and commercial matters, which was signed at London on November 29, 1932, the accession of His Maj esty to that Convention in respect of New Zealand.

2.    The authority in New Zealand to whom reąuests for service or for the taking of evidence should be transmitted is the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Wellington, and the language to be used in Communications and translations is English.

3.    In accordance with Article 16 (a) of the Convention, the accession now notified will come into force one month from the datę of this notę, that is to say, on the 25th day of November next.

Monsieur le Ministre,

Sur la demande du Gouvernement de Sa Majeste en Nouvelle-Zelande, j’ai Thonneur de notifier a votre Excellence, conformement a Tarticle 16 a) de la Convention relative aux actes de procedurę en matieres civile et com-merciale signe a Londres le 29 novembre 1932, 1’adhesion de Sa Majeste a cette Convention en ce qui concerne la Nouvelle-Zelande.

2.    L’autoritć a laąuelle devront etre adressees en Nouvelle-Zelande les demandes de signifi-cation et les commissions rogatoires est « The Registrar of the Supreme Court, Wellington », et la langue dans laąuelle devront etre faites les Communications et traductions est Tanglais.

3,    Conformement a Tarticle 16 a) de la convention, Tadhesion maintenant notifi.ee entrera en vigueur un mois apr^s la datę de la presente notę, c*est-a-dire le 25 novembre 1933.
