ISAF soldier killed in Kabul
KABUL, Afghanistan (November 22) — An ISAF soldier was killed in a mine explosion this morning in Kabul.
“I offer our heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of the soldier killed,” said Brigadier General Richard Blanchette, ISAF spokesperson.
“The sad loss of our fellow soldier will be felt across ISAF.”
It is ISAF policy not to release the nationality of any casualty prior to the relevant national authority doing so.
Next of kin have been notified.
