I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction at a holiday resort which was recommended by your travel agent at the brunch your agency in Świnoujście
Firstly, the travel agent, said that I would stay at a five-star hotel, that my suite would be very comfortable. I agreed to choose this offer as well, because he said that the hotel was located near the sea and it was entirely inexpensive.
In spite of his assurance, I was very astonished when I arrived at the hotel and it was not five-star, but only three and I had to go to the see over three kilometres. My suite turned out to be very small and uncomfortable, it cost $300 per week and the meals were not included in the price.
To make matters worse, I was deeply offended by the behaviour of the hotel service, who was very bad-mannered. It was not only impolite but also unhelpful.
As you can imagine, I am extremely upset. I must insist on a written apology from the travel agent. In addition to that I would like to know how you intend to compensate for the losses which were incurred by me. I hope that I will not be forced to take further action. I expect to hear from you as soon as possible
