Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to complain about the quality of service which I recently received from your company.

A few days ago I bought a video cassette with a film in the English version. When I came back home I was very astonished when I played this film and it turned out that it was not the cassette with the English version but only with the Polish version of this film.

As you can imagine, I am extremely upset. I believe that your company will feel responsible to exchange this cassette with this film in the Polish version for a cassette with language version of this film which I ordered.

I hope that this matter can be resolved with my suggestion or else I shall be forced to take further action. I look forward to receiving your prompt reply.
