Fast food is a good alternative to cooking for yourself

I think that fast food is a good alternative to cooking for yourself but only for people who are hard-working and do not have enough time to prepare meals themselves.

Firstly, if we work every day over 8 hours and do not have a lot of free time at work it is only one way to eat something between breakfast and supper.

Secondly, if both of us work all day, probably nobody can cook dinner for us, so we can choose between a fast food bar or a restaurant, but the latter plan is probably too expensive for us.

On the other hand, many people say `fast food is unhealthy, because it is prepared with meat from unknown sources and it is too greasy'. They probably are right but we have only a choice between `unhealthy food' and being hungry.

All things considered, although there are some disadvantages to eat in fast food bar, I think that fast food is good alternative especially for very busy people. But if you can we should cook for yourself at home because homemade meals are very delicious and healthy.
