is a secure and robust knowledge management and communications portal for law enforcement, digital forensic examiners,

and cyber investigators to share digital forensic information, promoting synergies to overcome the inherent challenges faced with the
ever-changing digital environment whether protecting national security or fighting crime.

Participation

is limited to law

enforcement officials and digital forensic
examiners from US federal, state, and local law
enforcement agencies. In that DC3 and these
members of the law enforcement community
have mutually compatible and supportive
missions, sharing official information is
consistent with Department of Defense policy.

Participation may expand to include non-US
members of the Five Eye countries. Because of
the signed agreements that link the United
States with Australia, Canada, England, and
New Zealand, information sharing with these
countries also is consistent with Department of
Defense policy.

(DC3) and

Oklahoma State University's

Center for Telecommunications and Network Security

(CTANS) are joint

partners in sponsoring the development and operation of the

National

Repository for Digital Forensic Intelligence

(DFI Link).

The National Repository of Digital Forensic Intelligence (www.nrdfi.net) contains
over a thousand shared documents that are not publicly available, and is under
constant improvement to provide features and content tailored to the needs of
our growing user community. Access to this website is limited to U.S. federal,
state, and local law enforcement agencies and law enforcement officials from
the countries that join the United States in the Five Eyes agreement (i.e.,
Australia, Canada, England, & New Zealand).

To gain access, simply fill out the form above. We will send you a vetting form
for you to confirm you status in writing and then provide you with login
credentials for the site. There is no cost to participate in DFI Link.
