G500 GPS firmware update Instruction Guide
Cause:
Number of customers feedback about when use G500 FM turner, FM
Channel can only be fixed few seconds. After further analysis, the Received
Signal Strength Indication has been modified and need to update GPS
firmware to improving FM reception, as the result ,creating FM Tuner
function test Instruction Guide to help customer complete whole update
process.
File requirement:
G500_GPS_LoaderV1.2.exe (update tool)
5X55320201.bin (GPS firmware)
Update instruction:
Be sure the USB cable is properly connected between PC and Cradle.
Put M600 on cradle and be sure the ActiveSync is activated with
GREEN sign.
Copy both G500_GPS_LoaderV1.2.exe and 5X55320201.bin into My
devices folder of G500.
Run G500_GPS_LoaderV1.2.exe and an interface would shown as
below
Clicking select icon to find GPS firmware file as below shown
 Clicking GPS firmware file and then update to process updating
Wait until update status to 100% , the serene would show as
Finally, clicking  OK to complete GPS firmware updating.
