Customer wants programs to start with a blank tool for macro reasons.
Post was using XCP ZCP values to control this tool, but post is set up to use these values

Post can now correctly use ThisOpEntryXCP, ThisOpEntryZCP, OpExitXCPC and OpExitZCPC commands.
Post bypasses any call to Toolpath and exit clearance moves for FirstOperation only.
