- writing the lesson topic: Present continuous - revising.
- talking about present continuous(structure and usage)
- Talking about the song Teacher explained that the song which they would be listening to came from a very famous musical - Rainy Song and originally it was sang by the man who was the main character in the movie
- Listening to the song for the first time. The teacher played the song to the students and they had to listen to and decide what in general it was about.
- Filling in the gaps (see appendix 1). The teacher distributed the lyrics of the song and told the students that their task was to fill in the blanks with words or endings connected with present continuous tense
- checking the exercise
- Sentences transformation The learners had to change the sentences pointed by the teacher from 1st person singular into 3rd person singular and 1st person plural.
- Checking the exercise.
- Singing the song (see appendix 2). The last exercise during this lesson was singing the song. Students sang the song or if they did not want to they just looked at the text.
