Temat 1: Stress in your life-how does it influence your Heath? How do you cope with it?
Nowadays people has a lot of stressful situation in their life. They life extremely fast. They work ten or even more hours a day., and they don't have time to relax. People usually worry about losing a job or get bad marks from the exam. Our society doesn't have enough time to spend its with family, so large part of society has some family problems such as: divorces in family or quarrels with wife, husband or children. A lot of them get stressed also when they stuck in a traffic jams. A long-time stressful situations is bad for our health, and should be avoided whenever possible. However a certain amount of stress may be good for us. Running for a bus or having to work to a deadline are examples of “good stress”. Those short-term stressful situations usually make us react quickly and give us a sense of achievement. The long-term stressful situations can cause high blood pressure or even stroke. They can also be a reason of disease like: diabetes or problems with heart. If we want to cope with stress we should slow down, do regular exercises for example: play tennis or train a martial arts. It can help to relieve stressful situations and stay fit.
