Logistics is the process of creating a framework for the flow of resources within a business.

Conventional manufacturers have to keep supplies of raw materials in order to produce their goods.

Ordinary retailers too, have to keep the appropriate stock levels to satisfy their clients’ needs.

Traditional supply chain is as follow : supplier, manufacturer, distributor, retailer, customer

As far as I am concerned, I experienced some problems with delivery of goods to my work place. It was connected with internet supplier. Fortunately the problem was quickly resolved after making an official complaint by me.
