Decisions	Decision-making styles

As far as the decision making styles in business are concerned, I could think of 3 of them.

First of all, there is a democratic decision making process. It means that all employees can take part in the decision making.

Second of all, we can distinguish (wyróżnieć) a consensus decision- making model. This mean that ideas are put forward by the management, and are passed to other company employees to get their opinions.

Finally, we can talk about the model when senior management members and business governance group decide on the direction of the company and make the necessary decisions.
