Materials for Each Child: 1 tagboard car or truck cutout 1 index card with message ^ clothespin

fine-tip markers in various colors glue

Class Preparations:

Use the pattems below to cut out a tagboard car or truck for each child. Have each child dictate a message as you wnte on an mdex card.

Pirec+ions:

1.    Oecorate one side of the cutout with markers

2.    Label the cutout. as shown. O

3.    Glue the cutout to a clothespin. Ieaving the top of the pin poking up as shown.

•4. Clip the index card lo the pin and głve to Dad to hołd notes
