Blast Off!

Materials far Cach Chłld:

1 colored tagbaard triangle cutout 1 cardboard tubę 1 craft stick aluminum foil

shredded yellow and red construction paper glue and modelmg cłay

Clagę Prepara+lon9*-

Use the paltem below to cut a tagboard

triangle for each child. Have a stapler ready.

Dlrections:

1. Wrap aluminum foil around the cardboard tubę and tuck in the ends.

7. Cut two 1* slits on opposite sides of the top of the tubę. O

"2. Slot the triangle into the two slits.

4.    Staple shredded paper inside the other end of the rocket O

5.    Dip the end of the craft stick in glue and press to one side inside the rocket Lay the rocket on its stde and leave to dry.

6.    Push the craft stick into a piece of modelmg clay to display the rocket.
